The space
As owner, Im also smart/practical but looking for decent/cozy/centrally located place traveler, I know what you are looking for a place where:
-The unit is perfect for 1 or 2 persons staying but I provide provision for a 3rd person sleeping on a foldable mattress. This is not encouraged though bec it will compromise the space.
-The location is at d heart of the city, walkig distance to Greenbelt/Glorietta (where the happenings are), accessible to public transport which include jeeps and taxis. The Fort / BGC (15-20 min taxi relative to the traffic). No parking slot available but the Mall beside “Makati Cinema Square” offers paid parking.
-Accessible to 24-hr convenience store, supermarket, eating/coffee places, ATM machines or even bank, laundry place, clinic, pharmacy, cinema, etc.
-Homey, hotel-like ambiance, where basic traveling and relaxing needs are included: wifi/internet TV, cable, universal power plugs, with eating and cooking provisions. The condo also provides provision for swimming and gym workout.
-Reasonable price.
All these were considered and I am very pleased to say that I offer these in my place for you to enjoy!!!
