4. PUB and internet equally divided (pro-rate po ang PUB pag nakabakasyon)
5. Can cook, do laundry at pwede and gatherings basta po lower the noise pag 10pm na (condo rules)
6. Room rent is SGD 800. Need po ng 1 month advance at 1 month deposit (pwede po hulugan ang deposit kahit 4 gives)
7. Tapat lang kami ng Lot One Shoppers Mall, Choa Chu Kang MRT and Bus Interchange.
