– Aircon in the bedroom is almost new.
– Aircon cleaning will be every 3 months and will shared equally
– Common toilet is all yours.
– There is a swimming pool facility for our use.
– Washing machine is almost new.
– PUB will be shared equally.
– WIFI will be provided and shared equally.
– Cooking is allowed.
– Visitors are allowed.
– One month deposit and one month advance.
– No agent fee needed
